Automatically extracts information from board resolutions and PAS-3 filings to populate the templates provided by the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA).
Generates documents specific to security type (equity, preference shares, debentures) based on extracted information.
Maintains a master folder of resolutions, filings, and completed templates for audit-ready compliance.
